You can find information on all common spare parts on our website. If you need spare parts that you can’t find on our website, you should contact your local XLC dealer. They are also responsible for the distribution of XLC spare parts.
Cross-brand compatibility solutions are available for some parts. Special parts can also be sourced but may take longer. Your local XLC dealer will be happy to assist you.
Warranty
The original seller, as your contractual partner, is always the right person to contact to claim the statutory liability for material defects. You can, of course, make a claim through your retailer within the statutory warranty period of 2 years.
We ask for your understanding that we generally have to keep a low profile when it comes to remote diagnosis of products. Many of our products require basic knowledge of bicycle mechatronics for installation, maintenance or repair. For this reason, we recommend that you contact your dealer who will be able to advise you on how to proceed.
