The XLC Road Pedal PD-R01 is ideal for those who don’t want the hassle of clipless or clip-in road bike pedals but want a more even power transfer than flat pedals can offer. With hooks and straps for the rider to secure themselves with, these pedals provide an optimal connection between rider the bicycle. XLC have constructed these road bike pedals with plastic for ultimate longevity and wear resistance. Using a plastic body and shell, the pedals will last for miles of use without the risk of being damaged or breaking. XLC have used a boron axle and ball bearing in the Road Pedal PD-R01 to maintain a smooth pedal stroke for longer, without risk of damage to the bearings. For increased visibility in the dark, the pedals come with two reflectors, underneath the pedal.
