The XLC Headset Semi-Integrated HS-I04 can be used across all frames with a standard 1 1/8 inch steerer tube, making it compatible with almost all modern bikes across all disciplines, from mountain biking to road racing. The ‘semi-integrated’ in the name of the XLC Headset Semi-Integrated HS-I04 means that the cups that hold the sealed semi-cartridge bearings are pressed inside the frame with only a lip extending from the top and bottom of the head tube.
