Description
A bike of any kind is nothing without its headset. This complex unit sits in the head tube and holds the fork to the rest of your bike, connecting to the handlebars to facilitate steering. The XLC Headset Semi-Integrated HS-I04 can be used across all frames with a standard 1 1/8 inch steerer tube, making it compatible with almost all modern bikes across all disciplines, from mountain biking to road racing. The ‘semi-integrated’ in the name of the XLC Headset Semi-Integrated HS-I04 means that the cups that hold the sealed semi-cartridge bearings are pressed inside the frame with only a lip extending from the top and bottom of the head tube.
