The XLC System Pedal PD-S02 pedals are a one-sided click pedal compatible with Shimano SPD clipless systems. This means that you can benefit from both a flat and clipless pedal. The sleek multi-coloured pedal has an aluminium shell and body for long-lasting strength. The pedal is constructed with a CNC machined CroMo axle and a sealed sliding cartridge ball bearing. There are teeth on the side without the click system so that you can get a better foothold. Pedal plates are also included and allow you to transform the pedal into a flat system so you don’t need to worry about specialist shoes. The XLC System Pedal PD-S02 is particularly useful for mountain bikers or tourers. Clip in on one side and benefit from the more efficient pedalling and power transfer granted by a clipless pedal. Alternatively, benefit from the grippy teeth on the flat side of the pedals when tackling steep or tricky terrain.
