If you like to keep bike maintenance to a minimum then you will love the XLC replacement brake block BS-X15.The BS-X15 has been rigorously tested and proven to show just 3% wear after 3,000 applications of the brakes, promising impressively durability and performance over a long period of time. Which means you have to change them much less often.Harder-wearing than the standard brake block you’ll find on the market, they employ a special rubber compound to protect the rims of your wheels as well. There are two product options, so you can pick Campagnolo or Shimano-friendly pads. In tests, it was discovered that the BS-X15 gave 45% better braking power in the dry and 50% better in the wet. It's important to note that they are suitable for aluminium rims, but not carbon fibre. These cartridge style brake blocks measure 55mm and should be used with brake shoes of equivalent length.
