- 2003 The brand XLC is introduced for the first time in the basic equipment for bikes of the brands Haibike and Winora, especially handle bar, stem units and seat posts.
- As from 2005 the brand XLC (property of the Accell Group) is given in the care of the Winora Group (subsidiary of the Accell Group) übergeben.
- XLC goes worldwide.
